Which iPhone models do you support?

Xshielder currently supports the iPhone 16 Pro Max, with plans to support additional models in the future.

Can I use my iPhone's features when it's inside the enclosure?

Yes. Our enclosures are designed to maintain full usability, including the camera, touchscreen, Face ID, and buttons. The phone can be charged wirelessly while inside the enclosure.

Is the enclosure permanently attached to the phone?

No, the device can be returned and the iPhone extracted for resale or re-use outside hazardous areas

Is it possible to make phone calls while using the enclosure?

Yes. The design allows sound transmission, and you can use Bluetooth headsets or speakerphone functionality as needed.

What certification does the enclosure have?

Our enclosures are certified according to ATEX and IECEx Zone 1/21 standards. They are also IP65/IP66 rated and compliant with ISO 9001:2015.

Digital Field Worker 2026

The Digital Field Worker Forum is a one-day, invitation-only event for industry professionals working with the planning, testing, and implementation of digital solutions for field workers in industrial companies.

This will be small and exclusive event with only space for approx 100-120 attendees. We want to keep this small so that you get the chance to do some proper networking when here.

The program will feature 7 sessions in different formats, including keynotes, panel discussions, and fireside chats. Speakers will include experienced representatives from Norwegian operators such as Equinor, Aker BP, ConocoPhillips and Vår Energi. They will share practical lessons learned from more than a decade of work with digital field worker initiatives, including what worked, what did not, and what they would do differently today.

Throughout the day, there will be dedicated time for networking. In addition, 10 carefully selected technology partners with proven solutions will exhibit and demonstrate their technology, giving participants the opportunity to explore relevant tools and connect directly with the people behind them.

The full agenda will be released at the end of March.

Day 1 - Meet & Greet (27.05.2026)

An optional pre-event evening at FOMO in Stavanger. Enjoy tapas, welcome drinks and informal networking activities designed to help participants connect before the forum. Includes a guided tour and regional insights from Stavanger Business Region. A relaxed start to meaningful conversations.

Day 2 - Forum Day (28.05.2026)

A full day of presentations, panel discussions and conversations focused on the digital field worker. Learn from operators, technology providers and end users. Includes exhibition, networking breaks, lunch, refreshments and a three-course dinner. All happening at Maskinhuset, a modern and original venue beautifully located at Sola beach.

Where to Stay

We recommend staying at Sola Strand Hotel, a beautiful spa hotel located directly on the beach and just a 10–15 minute walk from Maskinhuset, the main event venue. The hotel is also conveniently close to Stavanger Airport.

Enjoy panoramic views of the North Sea, white sandy beaches and, if you are brave enough, a refreshing swim in the ocean. The hotel offers a renowned spa, excellent dining with a local touch, and a unique atmosphere that combines relaxation with vibrant energy.

We have secured a special rate of approximately USD 200 per night (single room) — an excellent price for this location and quality. A limited number of rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we confirm your final attendance, we will request if you need a room and book it for you.
